I can’t imagine traveling to Europe without the latest Rick Steves. I am however trying to figure out how to follow his guidance while not using a backpack. How does he fit all that in a day pack anyway? So I am winging it planning on a rollaway suitcase that I leave behind for day trips and the local walks I expect to do in England and Wales. I guess I’ll report my results back to Rick.
